In some of my libraries, I split out the code into multiple files and use `sys_library` in a single file to stitch them all together. Now I'm seeing "Error Msg: Definition Not Found: sys_library(string)"

There is a work around for this until it is fixed.
use LASSO9_NO_INTERPRETER=1

Also note that when `sys_library` is encountered in a web page when interpreter mode is disabled, the instance restarts.
