[Cipher_List] lists the encryption and digest algorithms that the [Ciper_Encrypt], [Cipher_Decrypt], and [Cipher_Digest] tags support.

By default an array of cipher encryption algorithms is returned.

An optional -Digest parameter returns a list of cipher digest algorithsm instead. Optional -SSL2 or -SSL3 parameters return only algorithms for the specified protocol.
