[ cipher_decryptpublic ]
Method
This method accepts three parameters:
- The public key bytes data
- The bytes data to decrypt
- The padding to use; defaulting to 4 (RSA_PKCS1_OAEP_PADDING)
The method returns the decrypted data as bytes.
