The [locale_canada] method defines a locale with language "en" and a country of "CA".
This method is shorthand for locale('en', 'CA').
locale_canada
Use the [locale_canada] method. This example sets a locale to the default, updates it to [locale_canada] and outputs the difference. (since the documentor is in english Canada there is no difference in the outputs.)
Code
var(myLocale = locale_default,
myDate = date)
$myLocale->asString +': '+$myLocale->format($myDate)+'\n'
$myLocale = locale_canada
$myLocale->asString +': '+$myLocale->format($myDate)+'\n'
Result
en_CA: 2011-02-12 en_CA: 2011-02-12
